Kagami Biraki 鏡開き is a Japanese traditional ceremony which literally translates to "Opening the Mirror." Many traditional martial arts schools use this to celebrate the first official training session of the New Year, to strengthen the bonds of the dojo family.This year, our Kagami Biraki will be held in conjunction with our Annual Taikai. Join us as we bring in some of the area's top martial artists and self defense experts for an intensive day of training. Instructors for the Taikai will be announced soon!
New members are welcome to attend and work out with us, as well as check out our school and the programs we offer. Refreshments will be available.
