Join us for a rewarding day of giving back to nature, great company, and exceptional wine! As part of the Kaesler Green Thumb Crew, you'll help plant 300 native trees in a nearby scrubland, contributing to local biodiversity and sustainability efforts.
We’ll start the day by meeting at Kaesler Wines in the Barossa, where you’ll check in and get a quick briefing on the day ahead. From there, we’ll drive ourselves just five minutes down the road to the planting site.
Lead by head viticulturalist Nigel Van Der Zande, he will take you through one of our icon vineyards and talk you through why biodiversity is important to Kaesler. Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get planting.
After a solid morning of planting, we’ll return for a well-earned lunch, provided by Kaesler. Enjoy a relaxed meal with your fellow volunteers while sipping on Kaesler wines.
As you will be crew for the day, you will also have the opportunity to purchase wine to take home at a special discounted price.
This is the perfect day for anyone who loves nature, sustainability, and wine - whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or just want to get your hands dirty for a good cause. Come along, plant some trees, and become part of the Kaesler crew for a day!
Please bring your own shovel and gloves. Unfortunately, we do not have enough to provide to volunteers. There are limited spots, please register through Eventbrite.
