Yvonne Castillo is a Sr. Vice President and Director of Risk Advisory at Victor Insurance Managers. Ms. Castillo also serves as Victor’s Global ESG Chair. She is a 30-year attorney and manages Victor’s team of risk professionals advising architecture and engineering firms on strategic and liability risks. Serving as a board member of the National Institute of Building Sciences, Ms. Castillo is committed to advancing the important role of the design and construction industry in the broader economy and impacts on climate change. She also serves on the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Risk Management Committee.

Kevin J. Collins is a Managing Director at Victor Insurance Managers and leads the Architects and Engineers Program written through CNA Insurance. Mr. Collins has more than thirty years of experience in working with design firms and other construction-related professional service firms on issues of professional liability exposure and business risks. He has spoken extensively on the challenges to the design profession and a wide array of practice management issues. Along with those responsibilities, Mr. Collins is Victor’s liaison to both The AIA Trust and the National Society of Professional Engineers.

Antony Jones leads the Architects & Engineers and Real Estate Claims Teams at CNA. Before joining Claims, Mr. Jones was a practicing attorney for over 17 years, focused on the defense of design professionals in VA and DC. He was also the Managing Director of CNA’s Staff Counsel Offices in VA and District of Columbia and began his career at CNA in 2001.
