The dancing includes various types of movement like jazz, hip-hop and street dance united with traditional and modern Korean dance designed to compliment Korean pop music. You do not need to have previous experience with dance. Just come and enjoy!
K-pop is originally from South Korea in the 80s and 90s, when the mix of Korean and Western culture began. It started with acts like Seo Taiji and Boys. Then the Idol group´s boom exploded. The most popular K-pop groups now are BTS, BLACKPINK, LE SSERAFIM, ENHYPEN. Now K-pop both music, dance and culture has spread all around the world.
About our teacher:
Alena Lednárová is a dancer who has professionally worked as a teacher for multiple years. She discovered K-pop dance years ago and wants to spread the joy that she feels when she dances and teaches.
