Educators, you are invited to the Heard Museum for K-12 Educator Night!Join us for an evening of professional learning supporting Early Childhood Literacy and Storytelling through Visual Arts Instruction, featuring artist, educator, and business owner Deonoveigh Mitchell (Diné).
Through presentations, a hands-on art activity, and book reading, participants will discover creative, classroom-ready strategies that integrate visual arts, storytelling, and literacy to support young learners.
Educators will also be given exclusive museum access to the new October Art: The Collection of Delores Browne Abelson exhibition and appetizers catered by the Heard Museum’s award-winning Courtyard Café.
