The speaker for this Professional Development event is Charlie McCarty. He is a Business Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training of the Mid-South. In addition to growing company revenue, he is responsible for client relations and community involvement across multiple markets. Charlie has experience in several industries including retail, manufacturing, engineering, and finance, and is currently in the process of becoming certified as a trainer for Dale Carnegie. Several of Charlie’s key competencies include sales, customer service, communications, and presentation skills.
