This is a great opportunity to experience ππ·π¦π³πΊπ΅π©πͺπ―π¨ ππΆπ΄π΅ ππ°: ππΆπ΄π΅πͺπ― ππ’π·π¦ππ’'π΄ πππ°π΄π¦π°πΆπ΅ πππ°πΈπ°πΆπ΅ ππ¦-ππ³π’π―π₯ ππ±π¦π―πͺπ―π¨, an installation composed of more than one hundred piΓ±atas, each representing an exhibition from Favela's career. Surrounding them are vibrant dreamscape murals that visualize the artist's hopes, future, and internal landscapes. The exhibition will be on view in the Beren Gallery during this exciting family event.
In a gesture of collaboration and regional connection, Favela hired piΓ±ata artisans from cities along the route between Las Vegas and Wichita, including local artists. PiΓ±atas from that exhibition will be for sale at this event with proceeds going toward student scholarships.
There is no charge for this event, and everyone is welcome.
