Join artist Justin Aversano and Darius Himes, International Head of Photographs, Christie’s, to explore photography’s dynamic role in contemporary art and the evolution of the market. With a deep background in both gallery direction and publishing, Himes brings a vast knowledge of the medium’s history, fostering meaningful cultural dialogues while cultivating the next generation of artists and collectors. He played a key role in introducing NFT photography to the auction world and was responsible for the $1.1 million, record-breaking sale of Aversano’s Twin Flames #83, a series that portrays 100 pairs of twins, celebrating human connection and shared identity.
