About this Event

Just Leadership
A One-Day Leadership Experience
Clarity. Courage. Credibility.

What if leadership didn’t require a title—just truth, courage, and self-awareness?

Welcome to Just Leadership, a one-day, high-impact workshop for leaders who are tired of performing and ready to lead with presence, empathy, and grounded confidence.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-take-notes kind of training. It’s experiential. It’s human. And it’s built for real-world leadership challenges.

You’ll explore what it means to lead yourself and others with clarity, even when stakes are high. Through improv-based exercises, live coaching, empathy practice, and trust-building scenarios, you'll stretch beyond your default patterns—and uncover a version of leadership that feels more aligned, more connected, and more you.

Who It’s For:
  • People leaders, project leads, or frontline professionals navigating uncertainty
  • High-pressure performers who want to lead with more humanity
  • Anyone who’s been told “you’re a leader” but isn’t sure what that means anymore

You’ll Walk Away With:

✅ A clearer understanding of how you show up—and how others experience you
✅ Tools to communicate with credibility, especially under stress
✅ Real practice using empathy and emotional awareness in leadership moments
✅ A custom leadership workbook you’ll actually want to keep
✅ A renewed sense of self-trust (and how to model it for others)

About the Facilitator

Sabrina Moon is not your average leadership facilitator/trainer. A recovering engineer with over 25 years of frontline and senior level leadership experience, she’s led operations teams in some of the most high-pressure environments in the country—railroads, automotive plants, and industrial sites where clarity, courage, and follow-through aren’t optional.

She’s one of Dr. Brené Brown’s Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators, the founder of The Problem Solving Institute, and co-founder of Core Leadership Academy—a nonprofit focused on leadership development for first responders and community leaders. But what sets Sabrina apart is how she brings leadership to life with her unique approaches.

While living in Chicago, she trained at The Second City, integrating improv principles into her leadership workshops to help people practice real-time trust, adaptability, empathy, and human connection. Her sessions are as practical as they are powerful—and she’s known for creating learning spaces that are honest, trauma informed, energizing, and deeply impactful.
