We start by defining prana, discussing this practice of pranayamas, and learning how powerful our breath is.
This is an ancient practice of controlling your breath by the timing, duration, and frequency of every breath and hold.
The goal is to connect your body and mind. It also supplies your body with oxygen while removing toxins.
Then, we will identify the signs and symptoms of stress breathing and how to trick the body into relaxing.
We will break down and practice six common pranayamas that anyone can do.
We will discuss the benefits and contraindications, common mistakes/tips
and how to practice each of them.
