Just Breathe - Half Day Retreat at The Gather, Ennerdale Bridge

We can all benefit from taking some time out from the busyness and stepping back into a peaceful and still space. On this half day retreat ‘Just Breathe’, we will focus on a powerful visualisation to mix our breath with a simple and powerful mantra.
Through this we will discover that we can purify and transform our body, speech and mind leaving us feeling lighter, clearer and peaceful.
Gen Lhachog will explain clearly the meditation and the benefits of this practice. She will then guide us in the meditation slowly and with plenty of time to find our own rhythm in the practice.
The environment of the community room at The Gather is a perfect space for this event. There will be seating on chairs and also some opportunity to sit on cushions on the floor if you wish.
To make the most of this idyllic area of Ennerdale in the North Lakes you can also order lunch from the cafe and if you wish join us for a walk by the lake after lunch.
