Just Breathe: a mini retreat for everyone

Saturday, January 25 - 10:00am to 12:30pm

Be kind to yourself by taking care of your mind. In this mini-retreat, you will learn and practice simple meditations that allow you to develop and maintain a calm, clear mind. This clarity of mind naturally leads to an inner experience of peace and well-being.

When our mind is peaceful, we can approach all situations with a more confident, positive and relaxed attitude.

Meditations will be guided and light refreshments will be available during the break. This retreat is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]

Registration: $30. At the door, in advance at: https://www.meditationinboston.org/just-breathe-retreat
