RESCHEDULED to Monday, August 18 to allow for a few more schools being able to join us after beach trips and more!Join us and Miriam Salloum MPT, COMT, OCS, & Owner of The Runner's Mechanic Physical Therapy Clinic at Jus' Running on Monday, August 18 at 6pm. Miriam will be covering Cross Country Runners: Tips for Staying Healthy This Season. Additional areas covered include:
- Signs that training might be putting too much stress on the body.
- What pains can I push through vs. pains that tell me I need to back off? (In other words, how can I tell the difference?)
- How do I know when to seek advice from medical professionals?
- Preventative habits to stay healthy (sleep habits, hydration, fueling, programming, recovery, etc.)
This is a free program and all levels of runners are encouraged to attend! Let us know if you can make it by marking your status in our event!
