Join us for a cozy evening at Dedalus as we explore this remote region of France, which produces some of the most stunning and varied wines in all of Europe. Wines from the Jura can be laser-focused interpretations of terroir, or nutty, oxidative reflections of the area’s unique winemaking traditions. At this dinner, you’ll enjoy multiple courses inspired by local recipes, each paired with wines made by the region’s most notable producers, including Domaine du Pélican, Jean-François Ganevat, and Stéphane Tissot.
