On Sunday 15th Feburary 2026, I’d like to invite you to taking on a charity hike for a cause that’s deeply personal to myself and so many others: endometriosis.
I live with endo, and like so many other women, I know how invisible, painful, and life-changing this disease can be. Endometriosis affects millions of women worldwide, yet it is still widely misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and underfunded. Many suffer in silence for years.
This hike is about raising awareness, funding vital support and research, and showing women with endo that they are not alone.
I’m inviting my friends, family, and clients to walk alongside me - whether you’re directly affected by endometriosis, supporting someone who is, or simply want to make a difference. This is not about speed or performance; it’s about coming together, breathing fresh winter air, and taking meaningful steps for women’s health.
Every step we take and every pound raised helps shine a light on endometriosis and supports those living with it every day.

**Please bring warm, reliable and waterproof clothing and shoes. This trail is very hilly and windy. The event may be postponed depending on the weather. This is self explanatory hike, your are responsible for all belongings, car parking etc. Please car share where possible! The car park is a good size but may be limited, and also costs as it’s national trust unless you’re a member. Bring plenty of fluids and snacks!**
