$15.00 This class is full but Barbara will be repeating this class in the Beginner Junk Journal class on December 16th at 10:00 am.A monthly class where you will learn how to make Junk Journals, signatures and ephemera to add to your Journals.
This month Barbara will show you how to alter a Little Golden book into a Junk Journal and add signatures to the book. You will receive a Golden book, dyed papers, sheet music and misc. papers and ephemera from Barbara.
Bring Basic tool kit, craft mat, paper trimmer, score board, bone folder, sm. wire cutters, wet glue, sm. cutting mat, exacto knife, tapestry needle, embroidery thread or thin cording or twine, awl or poky tool, heavy duty 1/8-hole punch (crop-a-dile) and 4 large binder clips. Also bring a variety of colored, patterned and decorative papers, scrapbook paper and ephemera.
A junk Journal is a mixed media handmade and hand bound book, created with recycled paper and found items that might otherwise end up in the trash, hence "Junk Journal". A place for all those bits and pieces that we all save.
