Junior MMA Competition (JMMAC) is running its first Victorian competition and seminar on 29 Sep 24, and we would love to see some of you there.JMMAC is a Seminar and Competition platform for junior MMA athletes to learn and compete in a No Head Strikes format of sports MMA.
This will be our 15th event and first one outside of Queensland.
Our aim is to help grow the sport of MMA within Australia, we are doing this by taking a leaf out of the book from the more common sports of Football, Cricket, Netball, etc, and starting in the junior divisions.
Each of our events has a seminar preceding the competition, this is to give the kids an opportunity to learn skills from a leader in the field. They will then have the opportunity to compete in their age/weight division if they so wish, minimum 2 matches.
Our Seminar Instructor and host for this event is Burak Sarman of Australian Submission Academy, our competition will then be run on their mats.
