Join us for a fun foodie morning at Junior Kitchen!This workshop includes activities that teach the basics of healthy eating, followed by a hands-on session where children follow a recipe to prepare a range of healthy dishes to share for lunch.
Each child will cook (and eat) a variety of healthy meals and complete fun nutrition education challenges. This hands-on workshop is designed for 8–12-year-olds.
The session is run by Nicole Ingram, a nutritionist and local growing expert. Nicole delivers interactive nutrition workshops that simplify how to make changes to your food habits for better health and savings. She loves helping people connect, learn, and enjoy themselves.
