All students K-12 are invited to join art educator Tammie Clark for a 90-minute workshop learning about the Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest. Sponsored by the Wheeler Wildlife Refuge Association (Friends of Wheeler NWR), the event is free, but donations to the Friends of Wheeler NWR are welcome. Students will receive art tips and tricks, composition ideas, and guidance for submitting entries into the contest. Supplies and entry forms provided.After the workshop is done, you can stay at the refuge and join the Whooping Crane Walk at 11:00!
