Chef will be walking the kids through the process of making Mac & Cheese from scratch, so this will include learning how to make a roux and changing that to a bechamel sauce. (Bechamel sauce is one of the 5 mother sauces of French cuisine).Class is limited to age 8 and above because the attendees will be working in a group around sharp utensils, hot surfaces, and hot ingredients. Price includes food, beverage and a kitchen-quality apron.
