**Safety Waiver for JungleHype Boat Party**

By purchasing a ticket and attending the JungleHype Boat Party hosted by JungleHype Entertainment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Assumption of Risks:**

I acknowledge that participating in the JungleHype Boat Party involves certain inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to the potential for personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and agree to release JungleHype Entertainment from any liability arising from my participation in the event.

2. **Physical Condition:**

I affirm that I am physically fit and able to participate in the JungleHype Boat Party. I understand that it is my responsibility to assess the risks involved and to take appropriate precautions to ensure my safety during the event.

3. **Behavioral Expectations:**

I agree to conduct myself in a responsible and respectful manner throughout the JungleHype Boat Party. I will follow all instructions provided by event staff and security personnel and will not engage in any behavior that could endanger myself or others.

4. **Alcohol and Substance Use:**

I acknowledge that alcoholic beverages may be served during the event. I agree to drink responsibly and understand that JungleHype Entertainment reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.

5. **Personal Belongings:**

I understand that JungleHype Entertainment is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings during the JungleHype Boat Party. I agree to secure my belongings and valuables appropriately.

6. **Photography and Media:**

I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the JungleHype Boat Party. I understand that JungleHype Entertainment may use such media for promotional purposes without compensation to me.
