Come join us for a fun and educational event where we will be focusing on water safety and breaking stereotypes in the swimming world! This is an event that brings together swimmers, friends, and families to commemorate Juneteenth while promoting water safety awareness.
You're encouraged to bring your child (ages 6-18)
Event Highlights:
Water Safety Training: Dive into informative sessions led by certified water safety instructors. Learn essential skills such as proper breathing, floating, and how to respond in emergency situations. We believe that knowledge is power, especially when it comes to water safety.
Fellowship and Unity: Beyond the pool, connect with fellow attendees. Share stories, experiences, and celebrate the resilience of the Black community in the water. Juneteenth is a time for reflection, education, and solidarity, and we’re here to foster meaningful connections.
Join us as we honor Juneteenth, celebrate water safety, and break down stereotypes—one stroke at a time. See you by the pool! ??‍♂️??
