The Elkhart Chapter of Indiana Black Expo will host the annual Juneteenth Celebration Thursday June 19th to celebrateJuneteenth, officially Juneteenth National Independence Day, is a federal holiday in the United States. It is celebrated annually on June 19 to commemorate the ending of slavery in the United States. This celebration will feature live perfomance from the rooftop of the Elkhart aPublic Libary as we celebrate this historc day and kick off the Elkhart Jazzfest. Vendor & Food Truck space is avalible but limited.
