Please join us for the 2nd Annual Juneteenth Brunch and Panel from 10:30 AM-2:30 PM ET on June 19, 2024 at the Langston Centre (located at 315 Elm St., Johnson City, TN). This event is in partnership with East Tennessee State University (ETSU) Ballad Health, and The City of Johnson City.The event will feature live music from a violinist and food from local vendors and black owned businesses. Esteemed guest speakers and supporters Tanya Foreman from Eastman and Todd Gilyard from the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) will be present alongside President Noland of ETSU and Kenneth Shafer, the CEO of JCMC. They will be highlighting the significance of Juneteenth and the importance of community development through unity.
