WORKSHOPS OVERVIEW:
Joshua Thomson & Jana Castillo will lead this workshop exploring and building aerial skills on the renowned wall track that Legs is so well known for. Joshua and Jana are industry leaders and have a rich history having worked, performed, and collaborated together across the last 15 years.
This session is designed to explore artistry and qualities of working on the wall, as well as overall strength building. These classes are well adapted to both beginners and those with more advanced skills as they provide an opportunity to review the basics and to build on and up-skill your existing knowledge.
Note that the warm up for this workshop does coincide with our open training from 10am. Warming up in open training is essentail prior to delving deeper into physical practices and skills development.
SKILL LEVEL:
Artists with training in physical theatre, dance and/or circus. Good fitness level required.
COST:
$30 + bf
WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:
Please wear what is comfortable & easy to move around in. Bring a spare change of clothes. Please keep you hair tied back & no jewellery, or glasses, if possible. This includes rings, bracelets, earrings, facial piercings, necklaces.
Please bring water.
There are shower and change room facilities available
There is limited parking here, and unlimited parking in streets nearby.
