?CALLING ALL TEEN GIRLS?
This summer FSM is holding Girl only teen strength camps.
✅4 weeks
✅3, 2 hour training session per week. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
✅TIME: 1.30AM-3.30PM - Saturday 11.30AM-1.30PM
Ages 13-16 years
✅Learn how and why you need to lift weights correctly!
✅Learn how your body works and moves.
✅Goal setting and Mindset.
✅Nutritional Guidance to fuel your training.
✅Athletic development for sports
✅Camp T-shirt
Tue 18th June - Sat 13th July
On top of all this your teen will be coached by Irelands leading youth coaching team, who work with some of Ireland top youth athletes in Basketball, Judo, Hockey and Football.
Classes: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri
Cost: €120 per month
