About this Event
Join me to celebrate the longest day of the year AND the June full moon! We will meet at Apna park and practice a slow flow of yoga, meditation, followed by some journalling prompts to harness the energy of the longest day of the year. We will then connect, chill out and watch the full moon rise over beautiful Dublin Bay and after walk to Seapoint for a quick full moon dip (optional of course!).
This is a free event to promote connection through wellness. Its open to everyone so please invite a friend. Spaces are limited!

Meeting at Apna Park, Dún Laoghaire - the nearest dart station is Monkstown and is a 5 min walk from Seapoint.
