The topic will be avoiding common difficulties but there's always time to address individual questions and concerns.
Please note there is very limited storage for buggies/prams, so if you’re able to bring your baby in a sling or carrier, that would be really helpful.
Our friendly Leaders (Breastfeeding Counsellors) will be there throughout the session to offer support and talk through any questions or challenges you may be experiencing.
Whether you’re:
breastfeeding a newborn or a toddler
combination/mixed feeding
pregnant and wanting to learn more before your baby arrives
You are very welcome. This is a relaxed, non-judgemental space where everyone’s feeding journey is respected and supported.
It’s a lovely opportunity to connect with others going through similar experiences, share ideas, celebrate the good moments, and feel supported through the tougher days. And even if you don’t have a specific question, please still come along, there’s always plenty of conversation, reassurance, and community.
