The business meeting starts at 6:30 pm. Neighbors are invited to arrive as early as 6:00 pm to meet and greet before the meeting.
Where will the meeting be?
The meeting will be held at the Penthouse in Scottish Rite Park (2909 Woodland Ave.) Enter Scottish Rite Park through the main door. Behind the reception desk are the elevators. Take the elevators up to floor 12. Make a left out of the elevator and find the Penthouse room at the end of the hall.
How do I vote?
Simply complete a Membership Form at a meeting to become a voting member of the WHO. As a non-profit, the WHO is free to join, and charges no dues or fees.
All neighbors, owners, renters, business owners, people who work in the neighborhood, and people interested in advancing the mission of the WHO are invited to attend.

The Woodland Heights Organization (WHO) is the neighborhood association recognized by the city of Des Moines representing Woodland Heights. Its purpose is is to stabilize, preserve, and revitalize area homes, enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood, and to promote community within our neighborhood amongst all residents and businesses.
WHO is a volunteer organization.
