Join me at Vibe cafe in Douglas every month for my new Mindfulness group.This group is aimed at anyone interested in enhancing their mental fitness and wellbeing through the practice of Mindfulness, and those interested in meditation, embodiment and awakening.
Each session will begin with a short talk followed by a 45 minute guided group meditation, a tea break, and then time for discussion, questions and answers.
