Bebe will lead a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath including chimes and rain + ocean sounds. Gongs will not be used during this sound healing session.

We do provide light blankets and yoga mats. Due to the salty environment the room is held at a temperature close to 70 degrees. It is strongly recommded to dress warmly and bring an extra pillow or bolster for under your knees if you suffer from low back sensitivity. Extra props help to make this an unforgettable experience so feel free to bring your cozies.
