June Fitness ChallengeMonday/ Wednesday class workouts from 11 am till 12 pm every week.
Monday exercises will consist of 6 sets x 30 seconds maximum effort with a 30-second Rest.
Wednesday Exercises will consist of 4 sets of 1 minute each and a 45-second Rest between.
