FEATURED ARTIST BIO:
Hi, My name is Emery Young and I am the owner of Social Lies.
My mission is: Help people to open their minds, think for themselves and question their perception of the world.
I like people to think and expand their minds. I hope that my art supports them on their journey to question the way they perceive the world. I have always loved to create clothing, drawings, and paintings. I feel that it is important that we are kind to our Earth and that we reuse the things that we have. I love to sew/make upcycled clothes and add embroidery and paintings on them. I like to find the hidden beauty in the items I make and the world around me.
Emery also teaches classes at The Local Artisan Collective. Find her in front of the store. She will be giving out free stickers.

CLASSES and HAPPENINGS:
-6:00 to 9:00: Emery will be showcasing her art, paintings, pins, stickers, postcards and earrings tonight. She has a brand new style of paintings that she will be showcasing during the Art Stroll. Emery will also be giving away free stickers to everyone that stops by to say hi. She will be set up out in front of the store.
-6:00 to 9:00: Stop in the store for a chance to win an awesome set of 5 goodies from Family Freeze Dried! They are so delicious.
-6:00 to 9:00: Stephanie and Lance Howerton from Our Children's Earth will be doing FREE marbled mini wooden stars. You can also stop by to create a Marbled Headband for $9.99. Find them out in front of the store.
-6:00 to 8:00: Come and watch Steve Stones doing an acrylic painting demo during the Art Stroll. Find him in classroom B.
-6:00 and 9:00 Izzy Fischer from Untidy Venus is a watercolor artist, block printer and tie dyer. She will be hand pressing buttons, and you can create your own unique button only $5! Find her in front of the store.
-6:30-8:30pm Rene Venegas, our 16th generation silversmith, of Galleon's Gold Jewelry will be teaching one their most popular classes– silver ring/band. -7:00 to 9:00 Mike Hurst will be doing Glassblowing Demos! Stop to see him!!
