Now that the weather's heating up, it's a great time to think about cold coffee!
In this class Dawson Taylor's coffee educator will show you three different methods for making chilled coffee: cold brew, flash chilled iced V60, and crash chilled Aeropress. Each method will be provided with a recipe and tips for maximizing the coffee's flavor.
Each student will get to sample multiple coffees and take home a freshly roasted bag of beans that will taste delicious iced. Whether you're new to coffee or just looking for new ways to brew refreshing coffee beverages, you will be warmly welcomed in this class.
