About this Event
Andrew will highlight the latest trends in false advertising cases under the FTC Act, the Lanham Act, and state unfair competition laws, including how the most active false advertising plaintiffs’ counsel has earned both a New Yorker profile and sanctions from federal courts. This presentation will also discuss research regarding how advertising and public relations related to litigations can help and hurt brand images.
