Stay with me. I know grief is loaded, perhaps a bit scary, and brings up things we don't want to experience out loud. Grief is a topic that’s been particularly relevant to me this last year as I’ve navigated my own journey in losing my dad. It’s also an emotion I know comes in all shapes, and sizes and is a journey that touches us all.
And also, in walking through grief, we can also hold space for joy. That beautifully complex concept of living in the both/and, am I right? As we think about what grief looks like & means to us personally, how are we also allowing ourselves to let the light in, too?
There’s no escaping it or getting around it, we’re all human after all, so let’s have conversation about it & build some community along the way.
