In this brand new offering, join us at The Sanctuary to learn helpful & accessible ways to become & stay aligned in every chakra, all year long.
Nicci will teach you tips, tools, & details about every chakra from root to crown, including crystals that are best for each, oils and herbs that can help you in body health & healing, daily poses & mantra routines that aids your alignment & grounding, and other techniques that help you energetically align yourself to your highest truth and deepest values every single day. This is a class where you will learn the basics & intermediate levels of the chakra systems, & how to make the basics immediately available to you for a grounding and profound regular practice.
Portions of this class will be at a table and others will be standing and moving on a mat & bolster. Please bring a yoga mat! Everything else is provided for you!
Please also come fed, watered, and bring water, a journal, & an happy mind ready to own that you are your own best healer!
if you are a Registered Yoga Teacher, this class counts as 3 hours of contact hours with a YACEP.
