Grand River Connection is a series of professional networking events for young professionals seeking to develop a stronger connection with others in the community to support Lansing's young and vital workforce.
About the Venue - EagleMonk Pub and Brewery opened in August 2012. Women-owned and operated, their specialties include English-style beer as well as wine, hard cider, and the occasional mead. The brewhouse is a 7-barrel system, making 217 gallons at a time. There are always 12 beers on tap, 2 on cask, 2 wines and 2 ciders on tap.
As customers walk into the pub they will notice the ceiling full of hanging mugs. This is EagleMonk Pub and Brewery’s mug club which currently has almost 1900 members. The ceiling is full with mugs being hung down the hallway. The mugs are made by 3 local potters and are available with the lifetime mug club membership.
Monthly events at the pub include a book club facilitated by Delta Township District Library, a Knitting and Crochet Club and a Pub Theology group. MSU football games and Detroit Tiger games are popular on the big screen TV. Come out and join us!
This event is FREE to attend. There will be a cash bar and food available for purchase.
