Come learn Traditional Country Western Couple Dancing with Jumpsuit Jamey! We’ve started a Honky Tonk Dance Revival here in NWA, with that style of good old-fashioned Texas dancehall 2-Stepping that set the world on fire for a solid decade 40 years ago, and you’ll see why! It’s truly “the people’s dance”! You’ll learn to feel an intimate connection with your partner as the two of you become one, boot scootin’ smoothly around the dance floor. Once you experience the magic of dance connection, you’ll agree, there’s nothing else like it: it’s literally life-changing! No choreographed gymnastics here: no need for cheerleading moves, ridiculous dance contest theatrics, or silly waving your arms around like Vanna White presenting a new car 🤣🤣🤣! Nope, just you and your partner enjoying tooling around the dance floor in each other’s, as the outside world fades away into nothingness. We’re all just plain folks here, of all ages and walks of life, enjoying ourselves and each other in a thriving, welcoming, loving dance community! You’ll learn to do the 2-Step, the Triple Step, and the Waltz: in short, everything you need to navigate around any dance floor anywhere, to any country song, all night long! You’ll even learn a couple of super-fun group Specialty dances that we’ve resurrected from the past, the Cotton-Eyed Joe and the Houston Schottische. So what are you waiting for? The secret’s out, and classes fill up FAST (some are already full!), so don’t delay - NOW’S the time join your neighbors and start experiencing the joy of couple dancing! You’ll be SO glad you did!THE PARTICULARS:
