We are losing our elders every day—and with them, priceless wisdom, stories, and lived experiences that often never get passed on. This workshop is our way of saying: No more. Not on our watch.
Whether you’re an elder reflecting on your life, an adult hoping to capture a loved one’s journey, or someone who simply wants to pause and document their own path—you’ll leave this session with a meaningful, written legacy.
In just one guided session, we walk participants through powerful prompts and reflection exercises that lead to a 1–2 page personal story they can share with family, friends, or future generations. It’s emotional. It’s connective. And it’s often the first time someone sees the value in their own story.
