CANCELLATIONS
• A refund will be made if cancellation notice is given with more than fourteen days notice prior to clinic less £2 administration fee.
• If 14 days or less notice is given refunds (less £2 administration fee) will be only be given if replaced with a new booking.
• No refund given if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (1 days) prior to training and ETSW retain the rights to fill the space.
• For bookings which are made but payment is not received - The above still applies and payment will be asked for
