This monthly Sacred Stillness experience is held the 2nd Sunday of each month to provide a safe space to reflect, meditate, pray + encourage one another.
Feel free to invite a friend but do RSVP as space is limited. (see map at bottom, scroll all the way down).

Ever geek out on science? Did you know that sound restructures your cells? Think of it as when you're out of balance it helps to bring you into harmony
A Sound Bath is proven to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Improve sleep and digestion
- Repair the nervous system
- Increase focus and clarity
- Help release emotional pain

What to Expect?
We will begin with 15mins of a guided meditation focused on a theme of the month.
Then prayer time + closing it off with a sound bath that will help us connect, invite prayerfully healing & rest.
I incorporate various acoustic instruments as well as silence as part of the experience
What to bring?
You will be laying on a cushioned yoga mat and will have access to a blanket and a bolster but please make sure you bring anything that will make you feel comfortable like yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, cushions, or blankets. Definitely recommend to bring socks! (PLEASE NOTE: These are a first come, first serve basis as there are only 6 mats, bolsters & blankets) There will be 2 chairs, as well.
Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer.
Please make sure to drink plenty of water before during and after the experience.
