BEGINNER WEEKLY SCHEDULE: Swim or row 10 minutes, bike 20 minutes, run or walk 30 minutes.
ADVANCED WEEKLY SCHEDUE: Swim or row 30 minutes, bike 45 minutes, run or walk 1 hour.
LOCATION: YMCA of Sequim & YMCA of Port Angeles branches.
COST: Free for members.
