Welcome to lululemon Mount Pleasant's July Sweat & Shop Series! Get ready to break a sweat and enjoy a private shop experience on Sun, July 28th at 9am. This workout will be led by our newest Yoga Ambassador, Mandi Mills Under the Oaks in Towne Centre. Mandi will guide you through a 45 minute Power Vinyassa. Come flow, (maybe) jump, and sweat! We will be moving to a stacked playlist while we move our strong amazing bodies TOGETHER! There will be elements of stretching throughout and is accessible for ALL levels and practices. Drop the ego and negative self-talk, let's do this!
