Come and join us for our July Reiki Share, where we will deep dive into the first and second pillar of Reiki, The Gassho and the Gokai.These two teachings are the foundation of our Reiki practice and are both concerned with the quality of the mind.
In Reiki it is taught, that all illness starts in the mind, therefore all healing must begin there too. The Gassho and the Gokai are two of the main tools for helping us to heal our minds and so increase the quality of our life.
The Reiki shares are run on a donation basis and are suitable for all lineages of Reiki.
