Dear Rebels~When we have one birthday Rebel it is easy to make a decision, and Chris has! This month we will be heading up to SOMI Vietnamese Bistro for dinner in Sugar House. There is plenty of parking on the street, or around the corner in the shopping center where Bed, Bath and Beyond used to be and where Whole Foods is.
