Join us for our monthly meeting with our guest, TNW Member and author, Bill Wetterman. He will be speaking on Strucutre/The Hero's Journey.
The time-honored framework of storytelling, novels, plays, and movies from Homer to Stephen King. There is a methodology to the framing of literature. This talk will concentrate on the building of tension. and the Hero's journey whether it is Frodo Baggins, Indiana Jones, or Jason and the Argonauts. There are several structures used to accomplish this journey. We will review some of the more popular ones in the time we have.
