About this Event
Are you curious about meditation? This workshop is designed to create a community for anyone who has wondered about the benefits of meditation, or for anyone who has tried to sustain a practice and has difficulty with consistency.
Each week we will join together for an hour to create a safe space to share our challenges, our successes, and our experiences with this ancient practice. The workshop will consist of a sharing circle, discussion about the philosophy of yoga as it pertains to meditation, slow and gentle movement, and end with a guided meditation practice for you to take home with you.
