A day long meditation practice retreatAbout this Event
At this practice retreat we will emphasize self-guided meditation in a comfortable community setting. We will not provide much instruction on that day. If you're seeking to learn how to meditate or to know more about our approach to meditation, visit the Joy of Living Online site or join the weekly online practice and discussion sessions advertised on our calendar.
There will be a 90 minute break for lunch at midday. You're welcome to bring a lunch or go to one of the nearby restaurants in Queen Village.
