During this event, you'll learn the RESET Breathwork Technique and will be guided to release anything that no longer serves you and truly embody what it means to embody mindfulness. Following Breathwork you'll be entranced with the soothing sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls and chimes and you will be guided you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to activate and integrate even further.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & BRING?

- A journal and a pen.
- A blanket, pillow, yoga mat, eye covering (optional) and anything else to help you create a comfotable and relaxing space for this experience.
